Enhanced Intimacy occurs when we reveal our true selves. For someone to come closer, they must feel safe and attracted to the clear signals that come through words, gestures, tone of voice and body language. It includes a desire to make each others life more wonderful, and a willingness to show each other how.

Compassionate Communication or NVC as taught by Marshall Rosenberg is a powerful communication technology we have used for many years. It puts us in touch with core needs and the feelings that drive them. It is the fastest way to establish connection that we have seen.

Enlightened Sexuality is about showing up in complete surrender as love.  The sexual becomes sacred when we use our precious sexual energies to explore the depths of our beings with full awareness.  When we bring meditative awareness to this place, loving becomes a spiritual practice with great benefits. Here we may find a perfect eternal moment to dissolve our perception of separation.

Connection To Source is felt when we establish an interactive dialogue with the Universe. Divine guidance comes easily when we learn the language. The most important word in the divine guidance language is gratitude. When we express gratitude by recognizing what we have of value in our life, the Universe gives us more.  It's that simple.  When we start to practice connecting in this way, we become enthused as we acknowledge the many blessings in our life.

Fulfillment of Life Purpose happens day by day as we become clear about what is important and discover for ourselves how life works best. In order to receive our hearts desires and fulfill our life purpose we must:
commit to showing up with full attention; be willing to communicate our feelings and needs effectively without blame or judgment; be aware of what has most heart and meaning right now; release control of how any part of life will happen; cultivate a curious attitude and be open to new possibilities in each moment.

The basic necessities:  If you are in relationship with someone who is not interested in moving toward total aliveness, you both lose. Be in a relationship with someone who is willing to grow.

All relationships need some focused attention from time to time and help to find the way through turbulent times. Developing a conscious relationship with life enhancing attributes is a learned art. Few of us received effective role models that taught us what we really do need to know.
